Site-wide rules

  1. All betting information is provided by Esportsbet.io in good faith. However, Esportsbet.io is not responsible for errors or omissions concerning dates, times, locations, competitors, odds, results, statistics (shown in live video), or other betting information. Esportsbet.io reserves the right to correct any apparent errors and shall take all reasonable actions to ensure that the odds are managed transparently. In the event of a dispute, Esportsbet.io reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all disputes.
  2. At all times, the customer is responsible for understanding the score and all relevant match information. The player is advised to confirm the status of the match before placing a bet.
  3. The player acknowledges that the current scores, time spent, and other data provided on Esportsbet.io, including data provided by a third party in the form of 'live streaming', are subject to time delays and/or may be inaccurate. Further, all bets placed based on Esportsbet.io are placed at the player’s own discretion. Esportsbet.io does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data and is not responsible for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by customers as a result of reliance on such data.
  4. Players may not have more than one active account at any time. If, for any reason, a player needs to create a new account, they are required to contact customer service. Any duplicate accounts will be locked.
  5. A 'Streamer Event' is defined as an event in which streamers are directly matched against a random opponent through the official game client of the corresponding title.
  6. The term “Streamer Events” applies to all Streamer Events but not to any professional league. In the event of a conflict between the general rules of Streamer Events and the specific rules of any Streamer Event (such as LOL, PUBG, CS:GO, etc.), the specific rules of said Streamer Event shall prevail.
  7. The platform holds the right to withhold withdrawals from users that have been flagged to have exploitative betting patterns or other abusive behaviors for our compliance team to investigate further. If the investigation finds no merit to punitive action as a result of additional turnover or Tier 1 winnings, any and all restrictions will be removed and additional bonuses could be warranted on a case by case basis.
  8. Esportsbet.io holds the right to investigate and handle each player that triggers our compliance flags on a case-by-case basis.
  9. Esportsbet.io is not responsible for any deposits or withdrawals lost due to any error from the player’s side. This includes transactions lost due to high network fees, transactions lost due to minimum transaction requirements, and transactions lost due to wrong addresses entered.
  10. Players will be subject to a ban for creating public disturbances on our platforms or social media. This includes, but is not limited to, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others. This includes harassing users, staff, or support, phishing, spreading misinformation, or pretending to represent Esportsbet.io. Players found guilty of this are subject to a ban without any compensation. This protection extends to both online and offline personalities that represent Esportsbet.io.
  11. Eligibility for bonuses will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team to avoid abusive activities.
  12. Please make sure you double-check the markets and all relevant data before you place any bets. Erroneous bets placed cannot be canceled or refunded.
  13. Esports and Sports rebates are only withdrawable if the player is losing overall.
  14. Users may not have more than one active account playing on Esportsbull or IMsportsbook. Please contact our Customer Service on Live Chat if you are actively playing on both platforms or this will be treated as having multiple accounts
  15. Players may not use any third-party software, hardware, or algorithms playing on Esportsbet.io
  16. Money Laundering is illegal, and strictly against our policy. To ensure that users are not using our services for the purposes of money laundering, all new deposits made on Esportsbet.io will now come with a 1x turnover restriction.

Esportsbet.io Risk Compliance Triggers

The Esportsbet compliance philosophy comes down to both defending ourselves from fraudulent profit seekers and to support responsible gambling. We always protect initial deposits. For profits from Tier 2 and Tier 3 leagues, we put a very significant restriction on withdrawals because of how easy they are to game or cheat, and how little attention is put to them from all regulators

Remember Esportsbet is a decentralized crypto-focused platform and we put heavy emphasis on user privacy. Cheating is illegal but unlike other platforms, there is little to no personal risk to users as they remain mostly anonymous. Instead, we put significant checks and balances in place on Tier 2 and Tier 3 games. We want to incentivize healthy betting portfolios and will continue to feature and push Tier 1 games to our players where they can do their own proper due diligence.

To not trigger our compliance flags, we require you to have 80% of the bets and winnings from Tier 1 games. Only Esportsbet reserves the right to potentially lower this percentage. If you do not reach the threshold set by our staff, your account will be subject to further compliance screening

As esports continues to grow, smaller local leagues will continue to become more reputable and may rise in Tier. Likewise, events can happen to cause certain leagues or matches to drop in Tier. For a full list of current events and their tiers, please click here or contact our customer service agents.

The Esportsbet.io tier system is not only based on the competitive level and prestige of an event but also factors in the likelihood of fraudulent activity based on historical data and evidence from decades of experience. Esportsbet.io offers a diversity of bet types for leisure betting only, thus Low-tier leagues should not compose the majority of a user's portfolio. Please note:

  1. Bets made on matches with a very high likelihood of being fixed or with dramatic odds movements driven by irregular betting patterns will be deemed suspicious. If we observe severe odds fluctuations in relevant markets, we may settle the bet and refund your balance accordingly.
  2. On our platform, suspicious bets/matches are known as Black Tickets. These will be announced daily on our Discord to keep all users informed. Please note: All betting information is provided by Esportsbet.io in good faith; however, the platform is not responsible for errors or omissions concerning dates, times, locations, competitors, odds, results, statistics, or other betting information. In the event of a dispute, Esportsbet.io reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all disputes.
  3. While a random average player will have somewhere between 0.5-1% of suspicious bets, Esportsiet.io will allow up to 5% of your total bets to be placed on such matches. Any more will be marked as suspicious and will trigger an account audit.
  4. When applicable, we will investigate all affected betslips where suspicious activities are involved and penalize those who try to circumvent our policy.

We truly hope you have fun on Esportsbet.io and continue to love esports as much as we do.

Tier 1 Criteria

In order for any match or event to be listed as Tier 1, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Competitive Format

Tier 1 matches represent the highest level of competition in a game. Even if the best teams in the world are playing, exhibition and non-competitive matches with nothing significant at stake do not count for Tier 1.

  • Established Teams

Only the top teams with a proven record of excellence (Evil Geniuses, Damwon Gaming, Fnatic, Cloud9, etc.) are qualified for Tier 1 status.

  • Reputable Organizer

Only internationally recognized leagues and groups are qualified as Tier 1. Leagues like ESL, LPL, and LCK are all Tier 1.

  • Best League at the Time

In general, only one league (in the same game) can be counted as Tier 1 at any given time. For example, if ESL, DPL, and Wagyu are all happening at the same time, only ESL will be considered as Tier 1. League of Legends major leagues such as LPL, LCK, and LEC are exceptions and are all considered Tier 1.

  • Significant Prize Pool

The more that's at stake, the more attention is paid to fair play.

  • Historical Fairness

Any organizers, teams, or players with a history of match-fixing will not be considered as Tier 1.
